| Abstract: | The intellectual property in China are facing to three difficult problems at least: 1, the conflict between the network characteristics and the intellectual property features; 2,the intellectual property' protection in e-business and the protection of biological techniques and the intellectual property. The problems are the obligational principle of intruding intellectual property, the powerful conflict between intellectual property and protection of the national enterprise reform and intellectual property. Meanwhile, it need to make the difference between intellectual property and traditional civil rights clear, such as traditional civil rights and intellectual property seems to be same but in fact they are different etc. |
