| Abstract: | With knowledge at the core KIBS firms' activities, the question of intellectual property protection cannot be overlooked. Although KIBS have not yet taken up IT-based knowledge management tools on a large scale, they have developed elaborate practices of knowledge management. Instead of technical methods, KIBS rely on management of internal working practices and social relationships with staff and business partners. |
