| Abstract: | This paper's aim is to order and connect different perspectives on the creation and management of knowledge (here as: knw). Several proposals for the classification (as: class-n.) of the main approaches to knowledge management (KM) are considered and their connections and differences are discussed. There are three main groups: measuring knw., managing knw. and creating knw. The main contribution of this study is the compilation of literature on KM and knw. creation, along with the analysis of the proposal for the class-n. of different approaches. |
