| Abstract: | Try as they may, Central and East European management consultants, accountants, advertisers and (to a lesser extent) lawyers still have a way to go before their services are fully competitive. Which is why their Western rivals dominate, at least for now. There is nothing that gets global business service providers more excited than a huge new market opening up, backed by vast reserves of money, and with hardly a local in sight who knows what services are required in a market economy, or better still, how to provide them. |
