The irrepressible Percey Barnevik, chairman of Asea Brown Boveri (ABB), a Swiss-Swedish engineering giant, was working his audience at the Baltic Sea Business Summit in Stockholm in April with a speech entitled "The True Potential of the Baltic Sea Region". The region is encompassing the three Baltic countries, the four Nordic countries, Poland, eastern Germany, Belarus and the St.Petersburg region of Russia. |
