Such CD journals have great market potential for they are large in information capacity, save resources, and are easy to carry and retrieve. The most direct challenge this information revolution poses is that people should have higher quality. As the editing and publishing of electronic journals is a comprehensive high-tech industry integrating linguistics, written language , art, electronics, communications, computer, database and multimedia, being able to master information technology must be taken as the important condition for choosing editorial and publishing staff. |
