| Abstract: | According to the article, the key to deal with the difficult management of the national circulating enterprises in China is to build the modern enterprise's system which is suitable for developing the market economy in the national circulating enterprises. At the same time, the national circulating enterprises should pay attention to the market study and change the managing thought, direction and pattern according to the change of the market structure. From the market direction, the consuming structure, the circulating subject and the competing situation, the article analyses the influence of the management of the national enterprises under the change of the market structure. And the article puts forward the four reform measures for conforming the change of the market and getting out of the difficult management. |
