Abstract:Project managers and their teams are under growing pressure to do their work better, faster and cheaper. Many respond by focusing on the analytical or "left brain" side of the discipline, perhaps looking to PERT/CPM and computer software as the solution. Using a tool known as "mind mapping", they can achieve a more balanced approach - a combination of analysis and creativity labeled "whole-brain thinking".
