Abstract:The different schools of the managerial economics look at human labour in different ways: /1/ One way of thinking puts man in the absolute center and tries to fulfil all tasks of managerial economics only by putting an idealized model of man in the focus. /2/ A second school sees human labour as a factor of production. It puts the input/output relation in the foreground. The way, the decision oriented managerial economics thinks, enlarges the factor oriented and the idealistic oriented way to regard human labour by components deriving from other social sciences and reality. It is possible in this way to describe and explain the specific motivation of the working man as an individual and in its cooperation with other people in a group.
