| Abstract: | The paper deals with the future of the European Community. Its starting point is that the sole method to rationalize further integration is to assume some dynamic benefits from economic integration. According to M. Olson, such mechanism is a disruption of redistributive activities which make additional resources available. Yet the EC is structured in such a way as to abet the formation and action of redistribution at the EC level. |
