| Abstract: | It is necessary and urgent to increase high-level processing industries in China's industrial structure. The reasons are that it is the only way to realize industrialization, the necessary demand of overcoming the constraint of resources and shifting the growth mode, and expanding opening to the outside world as well. Attention should be paid to combining with 1. the development of pillar industries supporting the national economic growth. 2.utilizing the economy of scale and shifting the economic growth mode. 3. the regional economic development and the reformation of the structure of the industries along the traffic lines. |
