| Abstract: | This paper makes a comprehensive and deep analysis of processing imported materials in Shenzhen and "economy of enterprises in three forms of ventures" from contributions to economy, the essence and cost of business, and its supervision and management. It considers that many essential changes have taken place in processing imported materials. So under the current economic conditions , we should not take a one-sided approach to it and deny its active role in Shenzhen's economy. This paper raises several tactics concerning rational choice of business form and strengthening supervision and management. |
