| Abstract: | Change of Management Processes as a Prerequisite for the Development of New Strategies. Without changing management processes present frames of reference will continue reproducing existing strategic categories.Only the reengineering of responsible management processes allows the break up of lock in mechanisms that are reinforcing the basic orientation of the organisation. The underlying design guideline is the enhancement and better usage of different cognitive potentials within the organisation that must be used to develop innovative strategic patterns. The reengineering of management processes covers the inclusion of new cognitive resources, the shift of power structures and the design of new process activities and role models. To implement such processes, a crisis must be used to stimulate the readiness for change. |
