| Abstract: | For the development, planning and analysis of business processes established and matured methods and tools are available. But not every business process has to be modeled in the most detailed level of modeling and illustrated graphically by modeling specialists. A flexible, un-bureaucratic handling with the challenges of the everyday business life is seen just as success criteria, like well-defined regulations of competences and responsibilities for operational activities. In particular with standardized, constantly returning processes with many involved participants and process information, many companies are often not well set-up and lose much efficiency by hidden process costs and in the long run cash. |
