Abstract: | The article investigates the predictors of perceived competence mobilization and their effect on turnover intentions. A survey on 840 public civil service organization employees was conducted to examine this issue. The findings indicate that perceived competence mobilization relates positively to intrinsic motivation, peer and supervisor support, pay system satisfaction, and career system satisfaction. The study also suggests a curvilinear relationship between self-efficacy and perceived competence mobilization. |
