Abstract: | This study investigates individual difference characteristics as a way to predict business students attitudes toward sustainable business practices. Data were collected from 248 business students that study at a mid-sized university in western United States with the use of self-reported questionnaires. Some gender differences were present, and hierarchical regression analyses showed that business students scoring higher on Rokeachs social value scale, collectivism, and transformational leadership also had more positive attitudes toward sustainable business practices. Implications for research and practice are discussed. |
