| Abstract: | In recent years, the relationship between money and output can be simply generalized as the following: Money which is not neutral has essential influence on output. Among it, broad money has the closest relation with output. Savings-cash ratio remains basically consistent with output. Although the relation between money and output would present complexity in many aspects due to the influence of the state of financial development and changes in financial structure, control over total money supply is still an effective means of macro regulation and control under the current economic pattern. |
