| Abstract: | Controlled currency supply and peaceful circulation speed are the premise of effective policy of general currency quantity. Financial innovation, the main reason of ineffective policy of general currency quantity in the west, makes currency supply and currency circulation speed nonsuitability. The key of heightening currency policy's effect is to effective control currency supply. |
