| Abstract: | Proper development and deployment of the information resource management /IRM/ technologies have to include the long-range business strategies, opportunities and risks. They must be approached in a manner that is flexible in their application and responsive in the dynamic business environment. Senior management needs to understand the competitive advantage possible through proper use of the IRM technologies. Both the deployment and the management understanding become a reality through the interaction of the planning process. |
