| Abstract: | This paper conducted case study on the relations between China treasury bonds issue and inhabitants ( enterprises) demands for money. The conclusion indicates: China treasury bonds issue has distinct positive relations with inhabitants' (enterprises) demands for money. National fiscal expenditure has multiplier effects on gross social output. Therefore, the macro-regulation policy is very useful, which is that center authorities increase issuing treasury bonds, expand fiscal expenditure to drive up domestic demands, and promote economic growth. |
