| Abstract: | The leading of restricting factors effecting development of environment protection industry is an unimprovement policy system, market disorder and backwards of technical instruments. The basic ways of developing environment protection industry is to build up new system of environment protection industry suitable to socialism market economy,they are,1,the investments socialization, 2, the property stockization; 3,the operation marketization. Meanwhile, we should make development strategy of environment protection industry, support risky management and tech-innovation,make some favorable policies on developing environment protection industry. |
