| Abstract: | Taking Shenzhen's success in relatively rapid economic growth through expansion of domestic demand in 1998 as a case, the authors of the article try to expound the possibility in theory and the viability in reality for an economy -- which has been widely and deeply reformed and whose extent of marketization is relatively high -- to avoid instability in its long-term economic growth while carrying out the policy of budgetary expansion. |
