| Abstract: | Acceleration of urbanization is helpful to turning potential demand into real in rural areas, thus solving the problem of insufficient effective demand. It is also beneficial to raising economic efficiency on the whole and solving the problem of labor surplus in rural areas. Objectively, the acceleration is also necessitated because China should be industrialized and then modernized. To speed up urbanization, we should accelerate the reform of the Registered Residence System, reform the present land system and promote the capitalization of surplus resources in rural areas. Besides, we should also pay attention to making the programming, construction and management of urban areas better. |
