| Abstract: | The high-tech industries have been the first economic growth points in Shenzhen, which industrial productive sum are 90 billion yuan and production productive sum are 65.5 billion yuan in 1998. Some problems should be paid attention for improving the new economic growth points, which are, 1.to enforce the exploitation and industrialization of high-tech projects with speciality and voluntary intellectual property rights; 2.To pay attention to renewing system in order to abstract pioneering talents; 3.To pay attention to reform and change of traditional industries; 4.To improve markets of projects and funds and stock rights interchange, make up the system of high-tech risky investment markets. |
