| Abstract: | The most important task the government has to face is how to improve economic growth with extending domestic market actively. It's an effective way for income policy to make growth speed of resident's labour income appropriate to the one of productive rate. The counter-measures on improving the growth rate of labor income are: 1,the government should take part in payment progress; 2. to make a favorable competitive environment of labor dense enterprise; and 3, to put income polical system into social security system. |
