| Abstract: | First, the distribution mode should shift from real houses let at low rent to part wages for buying houses. This change can stimulate the economic growth. Second, a complete set of social and economic measures, for example, the reforms of social security system and medical treatment system, should be taken. It should be permitted to sell the houses which had been bought at the cost price on the market. Third, a secondary trade market on the basis of mortgage loans should be set up. Fourth, a separate account of part wages for buying house should be kept. |
