| Abstract: | Grain production lose comparison advantages and it is difficult to overture grain demand-supply balance depending on domestic control in the middle time of economic take off. So the only correct choice of solving grain supply problem from domestic and global markets is to build up two kinds of markets, and put agricultural productive elements out of grain increase, which is the key of economic long-term development. |
