| Abstract: | Tech-advanced must be priority develop in economic social development in the tenth-five-year-plan. The strategic important point of accelerating tech-advanced is to develop science-technology and promote industrial tech-advanced. In the middle of 99', in some main areas, such as agriculture and rural industries, infrastructure, process industry, the third industry and high-tech industries and new industries, the tech-lever should catch up the developed countries; and in some areas, the tech-lever should be same as the developed countries; and in some super areas, the tech-lever should break through. |
