| Abstract: | China's system has been changed since the middle of 90'. Economic growth kept decline because of lack social security. The lack of financial social security is the crucial problem of social security. So the key of China's systematic change and economic growth is to readjust the current anti-cycle financial policies, enlarge financial investment on social security, and make up social security and encourage people's confidence. |
