| Abstract: | 'The strategical adjustment of economic structures', put forward by the 15th congress of the Chinese Communist Party, is a looking-forward strategical arrangement of economic development across centuries. Its concrete operation is explored from the perspective of integrating the macro-and micro-economies. It must insist on the fact that the adjustment of industrial structure must be done with the secondary industry as its focus, with market demand as its foundation, with enterprises as its main body, and with the technological progresses as a means to realize the upgrading of structures. |
