| Abstract: | The most highlight feature of China's national economy going into a new development phase is to go out of demand shortage that has become the leading conflict of restricting economic growth. The essential structural problems are lower-lever demand leading to short demand. The effective ways to break demand restriction and promote economic growth are to further extend investment and readjust investment structure; expand consumption demand and promote consumption structural change; enlarge export and effective use foreign capitals; combine active financial policies with flexible currency policies. |
