| Abstract: | In 1990's, in development of rural enterprises the adjustment of industrial structure should be put on the prominent position, and the growing pattern should be changed into structural benefit one. On the premise that the system of ownership is not changed, the prices are put under the planned macro control, major efforts are devoted to developing enterprises which process imported materials process according to foreign specimen, assemble imported parts, and also enterprises of compensation trade. In the coastal areas, the comprehensive export-oriented economic pattern which takes the industry as the main body, combining industry and trade and concurrently operating banking, tourism, service, farming, animal husbandry and fishery industries, will be formed gradually. |
