| Abstract: | The reason of large and medium-sized state owned enterprises lack of vigor is that their scale is not proper. The enterprises' model not only forming mechanism but moving mechanism does not force the enterprises to develop properly. Large and medium-sized state owned enterprises' scale must be adjusted by the regulation of the proper enterprises' scale. The government should improve the exterior conditions of enterprises so that enterprises develop properly by themselves adjusting the scale. |
