| Abstract: | Employed population is a reference for the central bank to take control measures in advance, but with rate quota , the central bank can not have enough time to take necessary countermeasures to curb the existing inflation. Employed population can not indicate currency circulation. The defect of rate quota is obvious increasingly. The rate quota should be improved to meet the needs of the development of market economy. |
