| Abstract: | The reform of China's foreign trade system has undergone three big steps--breaking monopoly and transferring power, to a lower level, cancelling foreign exchange subsidies, and merger of exchange rates. So the future reform will shift to scale management. This paper makes exposition concerning the significance, functions, conditions and focus of the reform of foreign trade system with scale management as its new orientation. |
