| Abstract: | The theoretical basis for moderate scale business operation of agriculture must be the organic unification of theory of optimal economy of scale and theory of optimal economic returns of scale. The moderate scale business operation of land will play an important role in stabilizing grain production and increasing peasants' income and it has active significance to the development of modernized agriculture. Moreover, it is the need of accelerating the shift of the traditional agriculture to the modernized one, depending on SCI-tech progress and stressing the shift of growth mode, and the demand of the intensive and industrialized business operation of agriculture. |
