Abstract:Theoretical analysis and practice have proved that there exists economic reasonableness in the expansion of enterprise's scale. Considering China's reality, the scale of enterprises is relatively small and the degree of concentration of industries is too low. This is a protruding problem we have to face in industrial organization. Therefore, it should be important contents in the reform of enterprises to enlarge the scale of our enterprises and improve the quality of industrial growing. Based on our economic characteristic of sequel and exogenesis, we should try to avoid blind polygonization and polygonization beforehand.
