Abstract:China's retail trading is taking the strategy of "low-cost expansion and moderate scale operation". Its train of though is to form shareholding commercial groups with a view to making retail trading develop towards moderate scale operation with capital operation as the link and through adjusting the organizational structure rather than develop individually. To this end, it will develop chain operation and practise asset ne-organization to make scale operation produce scaled economic returns. Besides, it should conduct the merger of enterprises. It will implement the strategy of enterprises. It will implement the strategy of "low-cost expansion and moderate scale operation "according to the principle of concentrating efforts on the main business and promoting the development of sideline and stressing the development of related business".
