Abstract:Under the orientation of marketization, compared with medium-and small-sized industrial enterprises, large-sized ones have clear object of service and accurate market positioning. And their resource capacity has even more scale superiority in target market, which is shown by the statistics about enterprises' core assets expressed by labour and capital factors. Because of the increasingly intense competition with the enhancement of market function, every enterprise tries to raise its economic efficiency and increase its economic returns to ensure its competitive status. But the results are not the same. Therefore, it is necessary to realize the coordinated development of enterprises with different scales and competitive advantages. To this end, they should first enhance their innovative ability in dealing with the core assets of their main business.
