Abstract:The importation of European management models have proved to be a human and economic failure in Africa. The mode of production of the big public and private corporations which constitute the African industrial tissue does not respect the cultural features of the various social groups. It is therefore necessary to develop a specific organization type joining rural cultural aspects with those of modern business to enable the individuals to operate efficiently and to express their real capacities in work. Thus the modern enterprise will be able to promote the values which it carries and the behavior it demands in work.
