| Abstract: | Intelligent systems (herein as: ISs) observe their environment, learning from the actions implemented to reach specific goals. ISs are used to support tourist information search, decision making and work processes. This paper deals with critical gaps in the knowledge of the field to be filled in order to be able to inform and understand the impacts of ISs' design. Particularly, discussed is the need to better conceptualize technology in tourism research etc. |
