| Abstract: | This contribution systemizes actual types of man-machine-communication in the firm. A scale of interaction is chosen to present different types of computer applications. This differentiated framework contains various kinds of report and advice systems such as electronic reporting, support for data navigation, interpretation and evaluation. Furthermore knowledge based critic systems and adaptive dialogues are taken into consideration. Several practical examples are discussed for each type of system. |
