| Abstract: | The enterprise system reform with major contents of property rights system reform is very important significant and has made a series breakthrough: It is only or economic means that which ownership form is taken, the goal is liberating and developing productive forces; it is a big progress of state firms reform creating legal person ownership and final ownership of firms' property, and further making them separate; it is only a social principle that public ownership is at the continent position but not for every enterprise and making public ownership as dominant position in every firm, we must understand the social principle from the whole society's scope. It is the general tendency of bringing up and building modern enterprise under modern market economy that reforming state-owned enterprises into corporations. |
