| Abstract: | During the period from the end of the "Seventh-Five year Plan" to 1993, prospecting of copper resource in Xinjiang made important breakthroughs. Its copper deposit takes the 4-6 place in the country. Some large and medium-sized copper mines have dried up. If the annual output of electrolytic copper reaches 50000 tons in Xinjiang before 2000, the gap between copper demand and supply can be effectively prevented to widen. |
