| Abstract: | This paper outlines the results of a study investigating the international dimension of Management Education & Training (ME&T) programs in large American firms. The findings suggest that firms with an attitude favoring broad ME&T programs tend to be more dissatisfied with current trading programs, that highly international firms rely more heavily on internal training programs, and that firms with high levels of international activity make less of a distinction between domestic and international training issues. |
