| Abstract: | China's economic system reform has been faced with three tasks. (1) mix-ownership in micro-economy and public- ownership in macro-economy should become the basic mode of China's future social ownership structure. (2) Adjusting social distribution structure should coordinate well the interest relation between the central and local, coastal and inland areas, city and country side, and the Labors' personal income should be consisted of following three parts, i.e. basic wages decided by market, the extra dividend resulted from their own companies repay-shares and unrepaid share firms' profits. (3) Adjusting governments' power structure includes that canceling a part right of governments, returning a part right to firms, giving a part right to local government, and so on. |
