| Abstract: | The key of establishing socialist market economic system consists of adjustment and reform in three aspects. One is the adjustment and reform of structure of ownership which should be focused on developing non-government economy and invigorating state-owned enterprises. Another is the adjustment and reform of structure of allocation. The other is the adjustment and reform of government power, which should be focused on canceling a part of power and transferring a part of power to enterprises. |
