Abstract: | This paper deals with succession (hereafter as: s.) processes (here as: s-procs.) in tourism family enterprises. A survey carried out in Italian Alps in 2003 analyses ex-post evaluations of s-procs. by successors. The importance of family business s. research is established in terms of the available literature. Relevant s. models to be found are discussed to deduce relevant research questions for the empirical study at hand. |
