| Abstract: | The article presents a methodology for codifying knowledge of a domain to preserve it for organizations. Different knowledge items are extracted from the domain and represent the different types of knowing ingrained in the organizational structure and processes. The article seeks to present ontology-based methodology that can be utilized to extract different knowledge items and represent them in the form of knowledge maps. |
