| Abstract: | BBC has now the opportunity to spend extra 220 million pounds on programme production over the next five years. As a part of development offices will be opened in Paris, Moscow, New Delhi and Tokyo. A considerable sum will be allotted to network and regional televisions, too. BBC looks for a co-operation with City of London for funding of independent productions. |
